Since 2007, GLJ Vehicle Recycling has been providing professional vehicle recycling and scrap car collection services across South Wales. Based in Newport, we are one of Wales’ largest Authorised Treatment Facilities, specialising in the lawful collection, depollution, dismantling, and recycling of end-of-life vehicles in accordance with UK environmental legislation.

Operating under the End-of-Life Vehicles Regulations 2003, the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013, and the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994, GLJ is fully licensed and authorised to process vehicles safely and responsibly. As a registered ATF, we are permitted to issue Certificates of Destruction (CoD) for qualifying vehicles and ensure all hazardous materials and waste streams are handled in line with Environment Agency requirements.
